Moving is never fun, no matter how/who ya have to help pack, sort, etc. Upon leaving my last home, I managed to pack about 16 med boxes of seashells/coral and another 10+ boxes of craft supplies, wooden projects yet to be made, vintage goods and so much more. So much that 6 months later... I'm still unpacking! LOL

In any case, getting another studio shed was a no brainer. What is the saying about how "You don't know how much you have til you have to pack it!?" True story.

After much drama from the company I originally ordered a shed from, After 1.5 months; they couldn't deliver it properly, I never received it, they then sold it on Craigslist, then fought my credit card dispute? I have to add: It was not FL Hurricane complaint and technically I was told should not be imported into FL? Um NO. Stay tuned on this one and avoid cross country buying of any "pentagon" "Gazebo" sheds from the West Coast/Vancouver! It was to arrive dissassembled anyhow. :(

Keeping my chin up, onward I forged until I found a company called "Cook Sheds" out of GA. Their prices were 1/3 of what my original shed would have been, and less than the local big box stores. After about 3 weeks after placing my order, my 12x14 lofted shed arrived safely from GA. It's Hurricane compliant and it has a nice loft area for storage of craft supplies and overflow, 2 windows, flower boxes, radiant barrier and vented roof. Albeit, I want to put in 2 more windows for air flow, the portable AC unit is working doubletime lol.

Any color suggestions are welcomed, please send me a message on my FB page: www.facebook.com/SunscreenSeashells

So here we go... Let the transformation begin!

It has arrived

Where its going... Nevermind the old fence pieces, we stacked those up to stop the neighbors dos from pushing out slats :/

Its amazing how easy they make this look, despite it getting stuck in the sand dirt and dug out lol

Day 1... time to go to work!

She-Shed Studio in place, Victory Garden is painted and growing, grass seed and erosion barrier laid, flower beds built up.

The dogs approve. :)
